The Island named Omega was a scientific genius, the artificial creation of an island in the middle of the Atlantic, however it's position, (perfect for cross Atlantic ship refueling) and it's lack of ownership created huge conflicts for the rights to use it.
You have been selected by the United Kingdom's fuel carrying companies to command an army of tanks to take control of the island, should you succeed you will be given 15% of the profits made from cross Atlantic shipping for as long as the Island stays under the fuel companies control.
OMEGA Game play: To start simply run the game, and it will start at the one and only level present. Moving and attacking To move vehicles use the 'right' mouse button or click on 'move' in the vehicles menu and then select your target location. To attack your enemy use the 'middle' mouse button or click 'attack; in the vehicles menu and then select your target enemy. Building If you are using a truck filled with building materials, you must first 'drop' the 'load'. To Build a structure from a pile of building material click on 'Build' in the menu, a 'structure selection board' will pop up, from there you can choose the structure you wish to create. To Build a vehicle from a Vehicle yard, you can click on 'Build' in the menu, a 'vehicle selection board' will pop up, this gives you many options for building vehicles so you can customize them. The far left column controls the base of the vehicle, (the wheels / tracks, engine and basic frame) Each frame can support a maximum weight which is written beneath it. The next 3 columns refer to weapons which may be attached to the vehicle, there positions are written underneath and their weight. The 5 column refers to a load they are carrying, for example a set of building equipment, or a cargo container. It's weight is given for the full product. At the right end is the type of vehicle selection, and also the 'name vehicle' feature, which lets you give your vehicle a name, e.g., 'Omega', underneath that is the total weight of all the attachments, you must compare this against the maximum weight allowed. Reloading a truck In order to refill a truck you must drive it up to a local refinery, you will not be able to refill it unless you are close enough to it. Once you are in position you can click on 'Acquire' in the menu, a 'item selection board' will pop up, from there you can select the load you want. OMEGA |
